The article analyzes the activities of Uruguay as Chairman of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). The author considers the Uruguayan Government plans about its actitity in the UN Security Council, evaluation of those plans by the key actors of international relations, the results and prospects of this work.
В статье анализируется деятельность Уругвая в качестве председателя Совета Безопасности ООН (СБ ООН). Автор рассматривает планы правительства Уругвая по участию в деятельности СБ ООН, их оценки ведущими акторами международных отношений, а также результаты и перспективы этой работы.
