Despite the fact that solar energy has not yet become widespread in Brazil and Chile, in the future, these countries constitute one of the main regions for the development of this industry due to high energy demand and high levels of solar radiation over a large part of the territory. As a result of the analysis, factors contributing to the development of solar energy in Chile and Brazil, and factors hindering the development of the industry were identified.</p>
В результате проведенного исследования были определены факторы, способствующие развитию солнечной энергетики, а также причины, сдерживающие этот процесс.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>economic geography</kwd><kwd>solar energy</kwd><kwd>photovoltaics</kwd><kwd>solar power stations</kwd><kwd>Chile</kwd><kwd>Brazil</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>экономическая география</kwd><kwd>солнечная энергетика</kwd><kwd>фотовольтаика</kwd><kwd>солнечные электростанции</kwd><kwd>Чили</kwd><kwd>Бразилия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>B1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Akimova V.
