- Abstract
The theme of the forum held in March in Brazilian São Paulo -"LatinAmerica at a Turning Point: Shaping a New Narrative”..The essence of this narrative isdefined in this article as the transition of the region to a new stage of technological development,changing both the forms of production and management methods at all levels.The key to this transition, according to the forum participants, is the training ofqualified personnel for the Fourth industrial revolution .The participants of the forumpaid great attention to the improvement of public administration in connection with thecoming to power of new governments in many countries of the region.
