- Abstract
- The article analyzes the main trends in the development of Latin American social thought in the human rights issue. The author outlines two such tendencies: the desire to make full use of the experience accumulated by the world (primarily Western) legal and political thought, while at the same time taking into account the specifics of legal understanding and legal policy in Latin American countries as much as possible.
