- Abstract
- The article discusses the activities of Brazil to promote the development, which implies, in addition to humanitarian assistance and participation in peacekeeping operations, scientific and technical cooperation. The Brazilian Cooperation Agency (ABC) plays an important role in the implementation of projects in the framework of bilateral, trilateral, multilateral cooperation and assistance of developed countries, especially in Latin America and Africa.
