- Abstract
- The article is dedicated to one of the actual forms of sub regional integration in Latin America, the project of URUPABOL (Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia). Based on the mass media of this three countries, the official documents of the association, documents of the ministries of foreign affairs of the countries and expert evaluation, the author shows the problems and prospects of this integration union in the context of a multipolar world. The author considers that at the beginning of the XXI century the UPUPABOL turns into a project of energy and transport integration which can become an object of interest for extra-regional actors.
