- Abstract
- The article is focused on contemporary relations of Chile and Bolivia in 2011-2014, from the moment of Bolivian application to the International Court of Justice concerning territorial dispute between two countries. This dramatic change of Bolivian strategy of regaining sovereign access to the sea transferred opposition of Chile and Bolivia in another condition, because despite determination of Bolivian presidents Carlos Mesa and Evo Morales to solve maritime problem of Bolivia, in the first decade of XXI century Bolivia didn’t get any closer to regaining coastal line.
