- The review primarily focuses on the relevance of the theme chosen by the author, in connection with the growing role of education in today's world in general and Latin America in particular. The reviewer emphasizes the breadth of coverage оf the chosen theme, analyzes the structure of the book, emphasizing the importance of topics of the chapters, included in the monograph. Among the undoubted merits of the book appear solid theoretical foundation and historical approach, which helps to better understanding of the current state of education in the vast Latin American cultural area.
