- Abstract
- Based on materials of the monograph of two prominent foreign researchers working on institutional causes of global inequality hypothesis, the author reflects on the factors of the socio-economic gap of Latin America from advanced countries. Search for an answer to the sacramental question - what are the structural origins of the long time backwardness of the Latin American region - is maintained in the analysis of the role and importance of public political and economic institutions.
