- Abstract
- In article the assessment of innovative capacity of the states of LCA on the basis of comparison of statistical data in a global scale is made. The conclusion about reduction of a gap on innovative potential between the countries of OECD and LCA is drawn. The components of success of the countries - leaders of innovative development in the region are defined. The author comes to conclusion about existence of three key factors of the regional progress. It is adaptation of advanced technologies of the developed countries, building of own innovative resources of the private companies and the growing support of the state.
