- Abstract
- The fundamental principles of functioning, the results, the problems and the perspectives of the development of the integration bloc Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) are investigated in the article. The author proves that in contrast with the principles of the neoliberal integration blocs and free trade agreements between the countries of the North and the ones of the South which are the instrument of the strategy of domination of the developed countries over the developing ones, the ALBA’s fundamental principles correspond to the interests of the developing, in particular Latin American, countries.
