The article is dedicated to new aspects of china-latinoamerican relations after the end of the “golden decade” of the beginning of the new century. But this in no way means general decline in the relationship. Certain decrease in the commerce, of course, took place, but as for the future such fields as projects in infrastructure or technology exchange in future could be even more prosperous.
