- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the relations between French-speaking Canadian province of Quebec (which is currently a very active and visible actor on the international stage) and several countries of Latin America and West India. Special attention is given to the Quebec contacts with Mexico, Brazil and Haiti, those countries are its principal partners in the region. The article deals with the different fields of the cooperation between Quebec and those countries such as economy, culture, education, humanitarian aid etc. It shows the main stages and patterns of those relations.
