- Abstract
- The beginning energy of the reform in Mexico coincided with the period of the fall in world oil prices. The volume of oil production and revenues from its exports declined. During the reorganization of the state company "Pemex" appeared on the stage of financial crisis. Expectations of large inflows of foreign investment in oil sector of Mexico is not justified. In the country began to form petroleum market.
