Abstract
The book contains the published papers of a roundtable held by the Center of Iberian Studies of Institute of Latin America of the Academy of Sciences of Russia and dedicated to the project "Alliance of Civilizations" supported by the UN in co-sponsorship of Turkey and Spain. The authors made a research both the positive aspects of the international program, as well as problems caused by its implementation.
