- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the eightieth anniversary of the famous Russian Latinamericanist, the leading scientific worker of ILA RAN, the doctor, professor Alexander Sizonenko. He made a valuable contribution to the study of the history of the relations of the USSR and post Soviet Russia with the countries of Latin America. There are outlined the course of life of the scientist and are analysed his scientific work and his pedagogical and public activity. There are given exact references to the main work of Alexander Sizonenko.
