Abstract

The book represents a serious attempt to summarize the political experience of Argentina, after a comprehensive crisis of the early century. The publication analyzes the causes of the crisis and the circumstances that led the political system of the country to almost complete collapse. How Argentina emerged from this difficult situation, how reconstructed her political life, what price the country paid for the current stability - these are the main issues that the author tries to find the answer. Quality of democracy and the future of the Republican devices are a particular concern.
