Abstract
The article represents the translation of an investigation published in “Signos Historicos” (No 5/2001), edition of the capital Autonomous University Istapalana of Mexico City. This release was kindly rendered to our magazine by Mr. A. Perez Bravo, Ambassador of Mexico in the Russian Federation, in the year of 120th anniversary of diplomatic relations establishment between our countries.
