- The author studies particular features of Colombian social and political model during the application of “democratic security” doctrine, applied by A.Uribe (2002-2010), analyses its continuity and possible strategic and tactical changes, according to the concept of “democratic prosperity”, declared by new president J.M.Santos (from 2010).
