Abstract

The Article investigates the crucial political events over the period of the 2009–2010 in Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia and Nicaragua from the perspective of potential destabilization risks. It analyzes the processes of opposition consolidation in this States, methods and direction of its actions.
