Abstract

The article speek about the role and place of Russian representatives of diplomacia, culture and science in the formation of Russian-mexican relations in the XIX— XX-th centuries. Among them rol can mention: F.Wrangel, N.Chichagov, R.Rozen and in the soviet period —A.Kollontay, K.Umansky, V.Mayakovsky, S.Eisenstein and from Mexico -S.Herzog, L.Quintanilla, N.Bassols etc.
