- Abstract
- In this article the main problems of informatization, development of the informational technologies and transition of the information society of Latin American countries are presented. In this region where the ICT are on their way of rapid development, many reforms of the Law of transparency and access to information take place. Informational and communicational technologies contribute to the process of transition of the society to the information society and the society of knowledge, emphasizing political, economic and social changes.
