Abstract
This review explores the work of A. Slinko, devoted to the life of V.R.Haya de la Torre, to the genesis of aprism as a social and political movement and the creation of APRA as a political party of Peru. It is analyzed the author’s conception of the philosophy of aprism and the role of the personality in the policy. It is noted, at the same time, that in this work aprism as the political movement is feebly connected with the other democratic forces of Peru. The review emphasizes the innovate approach and the considerable contribution of A.Slinko to the Latin American studies.
