Vallenshtein. It is shown that neither the civilized nor the questions of home police, international and financial circumstances did not allow Argentine of the 30th – 40th years of the XIXth century show well-grounded claims concerning the mentioned islands. That’s why its unsuccessful attempt to return the archipelago with the help of the armed forces in April-June of 1982 had the evidently adventurous character.
