- Abstract
- Nowadays, remittances from USA and EU increasingly affect the social situation in Latin America. In some countries, such kind of inflows contributes the most part of people livelihoods. Remittances increasing value effect on social development is estimated contradictory. In recent years, remittances increase was registered, and in 2008 it reached the peak of 69.2 billions US dollars, but then this value started growing down because of the world economic recession.
