- The article reveals the content of the scientific concept of development and the concept of building a harmonious world put forward by the Chairman of the CPC Central Committee Hu Jintao at the XVII Congress of the CPC. These concepts are defined as a new and important phenomenon in modern politics and diplomacy, China's contribution to the development of humanity in the era of globalization.
