Аннотация
Анализируются психологические аспекты управления знаниями в группах и организациях. Выделяются социально-психологические факторы обмена знаниями между сотрудниками организации, раскрывается социально-психологическая природа знания. Особое внимание уделяется феноменам групповой рефлексии, корпоративной памяти и отношению сотрудников к прошлому организации. Намечены наиболее перспективные направления дальнейших исследований в области психологии управления знаниями.
