Abstract
Psychological aspects of knowledge management in groups and organizations are analyzed. Socio-psychological factors of knowledge sharing between organization staff are assigned, socio-psychological nature of knowledge is revealed. Special attention is paid to phenomena of group reflexivity, corporative memory and staff's attitude to the past of organization. The most perspective tendencies of further researches in the sphere of psychology of knowledge management are mapped out.
