Abstract

The system of social interactions, which Russian youth is involved in, is viewed in terms of resource significance and opportunities for the youth cohorts to achieve acceptable financial and career positions. The article reviews the analysis of social interactions as well as incoming and outgoing resource exchanges that are the result of the youth cohorts interactions. The information base of the study is the data of the representative sociological survey among the population in the age of 18-35 years old held by INSAP RANEPA in 2019. The article is prepared within the research work implementing the state task of RANEPA.
