Abstract

Russia – NATO relations are in crisis during the last few years. Russian-NATO Council political and military meetings are barely functioning. With the rival of Joe Biden’s administration, US – NATO relations have changed for the better. According to US and NATO officials, these relations are consolidated. Their alliance is very important for the “common security”. It could be considered that such consolidation won’t break the impasse in Russia-NATO relations.
