- Abstract
This material brings the readers’ attention to the particularities of thesocio-economic and political situation in Venezuela, the energy-rich country. Both theprocess and results of the presidential elections held on May 20, 2018 as well as how theworld community reacted to that procedure are analyzed. Also, the article depicts evolutionof the current head of state’s personality.
