The author is analyzing the character of relations between the US sectionof the Comintern and the anti-imperialist and Communist movement of Latin Americawithin the “romantic” period (the first decade of activity) of the III International. Thereis a research of specifics of the interaction between the country of the ‘imperialist’ countrywith the communists of the colonial and semi-colonial countries.
