- Abstract
- The article examines the main aspects of the Cuban-Venezuelan cooperation in the economic and social spheres. Special attention is paid to a detailed review of projects in the health and education and the role and place of each of the states in the implementation of economic and social programs. Assess the effectiveness of cooperation in terms of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The energy resources of the Bolivarian Republic are the basis of many social missions in Venezuela, a major role in developing and implementing played by Cuban specialists. In the field of the economy the partners move away from market-based mechanisms of integration. Instead, attempts are made to create a common industrial complex, based on the state regulation and complementarity.
