In light of the extensive history of the development of integration processes in Latin America, the study of their spatial projections in the form of the evolution of the character and dynamics of local forms of cross-border linkages is of undoubted scientific interest. Using the example of Argentina and Chile, the author estimated cross-border cooperation both at the level of major institutions of governance and business, and at the lower level, i.e. the local community level. The results of the study revealed the increased concentration of cross-border linkages on the main axes of interaction between the two countries.
