- Abstract
- The article considers some problematic themes of Inter-American relations that characterize its development at the modern period. The authors analyze the prospects of liberalization of US-Cuban relations, consider a new round of US-Venezuelan conflict, and the impact of extra-regional actors in the development of Inter-American interaction, as well as some changes that have occurred in the OAS recently. Particular attention is paid to the results of the Summit of the Americas held in Panama in April 2015.
