- In December 2015, the seminar on Innovation Policy in the Latin America organized by the Center for Economic Studies took place in the ILA RAS. The participants analyzed the economic situation in the region, and tried to explain how the Latin American strategy would change, taking into account the new factors and risks of the global economy.
