- Abstract
- The paper deals with the politics of the government of the president E.Pena Nieto directed to acelerate the structural reforms of state institutions within the new political situation in Mexico: return to the supreme power of PRI as the result of the general elections of 2012. Constitutional reforms and its reglamentary laws, contradictions on the path of its realization in the context of possible trayectory of Mexican development, is analyzed.
