- Abstract
- 18 July of the current year marked the 25 anniversary of the opening of the I Iberoamerican Summit - the meeting of Heads of State and Government of the 19 Latin American and two Iberian States. This forum, held in the Mexican city of Guadalajara, has launched a politically and economically meaningful process of forming the Iberoamerican Community of Nations, the aim of which is to deepen cooperation among these States in various fields. Today, after a quarter of a century, it is possible to draw some conclusions.
