- Abstract
- The article deals with the problems and the results of the first years activity of the second government of Michelle Bachelet, examines reform initiatives in the field of education, changes to the electoral system, drafting of a new Constitution, social projects. The author analyzes the influence of the unforeseen risks of economic and political nature on the stability of the country, evaluates the prospects for the implementation of the started changes.
