- Abstract
- The article includes a short history, the sources of establishment and review of development period and perfection activity of the non-commercial partnership the “National Committee for Economic Cooperation with Latin American countries” (NC ECLAC). Main directions and examples of its activity in the field of economic, scientific, technological and humanitarian cooperation are considered. The article reflects the role of Mr. E.Primakov, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce of Russia, the members of the Committee Direction. The priorities and further development plans of NC ECLAC are also considered.
