- Abstract
- The article focuses on regional economic integration parameters in Mercosur and in Pacific Alliance and its divergence vital for inter-regional exchange. Calculated trade integration indicators revealed that today from third part up to half of Mercosur's member-countries external trade volume is concentrated within it. Still trade flows between Mercosur have becoming more diverse in terms of volume and traded goods in 2009-2013. Intra-regional trade within Pacific Alliance is more balanced in terms of volume but homogeneous in terms of traded goods that's why its member-countries put emphasis on international connections and common infrastructure to foster free movement of goods, capital and persons.
