- Abstract
- Despite separate successes in combating drug-trafficking, the situation in Latin America remains difficult what explains the search for the new ways of counteraction to a drug mafia, and an imperative need of the international cooperation in this area. The author traces changes in approaches of the Latin American governments to problems of struggle against illegal circulation of narcotics and their precursors.
