Abstract

This article is devoted to instruments of the «soft power» of modern Venezuela. The author analyses the efficiency of the communicative technologies and the oil diplomacy of Caracas, considers the country's image in the international arena. The political and economic crisis in this Latin-American republic has a huge influence to the attractiveness of the Bolivarian project and raises the issue of the continuing of the government's foreign policy
