- Abstract
- Latin America is confronting serious economic difficulties. To overcome these difficulties it needs to restructure the system of international economic relations which determinates decisively economic situation of the region. The international economic strategy of Latin American countries has to be oriented on the use of the fundamental regularities of the forming bipolar world, first of all supporting balance between two world power centers. The underestimation of this reality has brought to a serious negative phenomena in the economic cooperation with China and the United States.
