Abstract

Mexico cope the confrontation of crisis worse than other countries. It's macroeconomic indicators place in one of the lowest positions among the countries of Group of Twenty (G-20). It's closest to the epicenter of the crisis. For Mexico the recovery will be difficult and slow in time. It's economy is integrated into production cycle of the United States. For Mexico it's difficult to achieve acceleration of the economy growth regardless of it's northern neighbor's market. The prospect of a new strategy to develop its external economic relations with dynamic markets, including Russia.
