Abstract

The first article, dedicated to the complex analysis of the “BRICS phenomena”, deals with the global mission of this structure, of all the others enabled to be fully engaged in the resolution of the most actual global problems, while the existing global juridical structures and the so-called “Collective West” in general can`t surmount the negative tendencies.
