Abstract

The article attempts to trace the underlying trends shaping today's Spanish foreign policy, its foreseeable prospects, and the role of Spain in international affairs, in the process of formation of a multipolar world order. The author makes a number of conclusions, which do no claim to be absolute truth, but represent a new way of looking at complex, multidimensional and contradictory process. This text is an invitation for reflection and discussion.
