Abstract
The Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences was a place of holding grand meeting dedicated to 200th anniversary of Independence of Argentina. In the same participated representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Latin America diplomats and collaborators of the above Institute. The participants delivered some lectures about various aspects of Argentina history. We call attention to the interview with Mr. X.M. Venere, charge d’affairs ad interim of Argentina in Russia.
