Abstract

The second article, dedicated to the complex analysis of the “BRICS phenomena”, deals with the complex problem of participation of Brazil and Russia in this new format, determined by their specific features, and with their respective images in the regional and global contexts. It also postulates the necessity of Russia to determine in the soonest its long-range foreign strategy with respect to its future global mission.
