- Abstract
- The article presents of new democratic discourse that appeared in Latin America in the aftermath of the Left Turn. Special attention is given to the postcolonial interpretation of political processes which take place in Bolivia and Venezuela. In this postcolonial framework the democratic discourse in the region became focused on the category of injustice, as the idea of making the world more just and equal for all is the principal trend in the political life.
